I am so proud that we finished our original thoughts about the product, and also created a delicate website to display it!!! I consider our project the best because the functions our assistant -- Vaja -- account for almost all of our teammates' major. Vaja has unique UX and UI display which relates to Cognitive Science - Human Interaction Design; stock market simulation has to do with Psychology neuron theories and Math-Econ applications; and of course we are doing coding which has something to deal with Computer Science major.
The best part of Vaja is that it would prompt you to use the functions actively and interact with you not only on daily issues, such as how to deal with leftovers, but also on learning. such as simulating stock market. These are also the reason why everyone should definitely try it.
The most difficult part while programming is combining UX with the codes and logic for the specific function. The UX doesn't work like the main function in each function because we have two Vaja display windows (up and down). We have to code when and where should we display what, and coordinate with the whole programming as well.
I was responsible for the leftover function and the writing template function. If we have more time, we would first refine our leftover function to be more considerate and add more food and recipes to it; also we would add more holidays and come up with more detailed guidelines for the users to write the letter; and finally, we would think of and search for more functions that we would use during our daily lives.
